The results surprised even us. Teens are extremely frugal in their shopping habits. They spend more money on clothes than any other category except books. They spend more on technology than any other age group.
Teens are also big spenders on mobile phones, computers, and tablets. These devices were purchased by almost 2 billion dollars last year by 13-17-year-olds.
